About you Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, or CIMA accountant Minimum of 1 year post-qualified experience within a finance environment Proven expertise in financial reporting and balance sheet control Experience working with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and proactive approach Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and a desire for continuous development What you'll do Prepare monthly management accounts with insightful commentary and variance analysis Maintain accurate balance sheet reconciliations supporting audit standards Manage accruals, prepayments, and detailed P&L analysis to support operational efficiency Support forecasting activities including cash flow, working capital, and P&L projections Assist with VAT and statutory regulatory compliance, including audit preparations Identify opportunities for process improvements and strengthen finance controls Contribute to the ongoing development of financial processes and documentation For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact Joanne Gordon for a confidential chat today.
