Reporting to the Senior Working Capital Manager, you will:

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of 15-20 working capital professionals
• Drive operational excellence across billing, cash allocation, WIP and collections
• Support delivery of the working capital transformation roadmap
• Identify opportunities for automation, standardisation and process improvement
• Define and monitor KPIs to support data-driven decision making
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global stakeholders and partners
• Ensure timely, accurate and compliant delivery of working capital processes
• Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives and continuous improvement

• Proven experience leading finance or working capital teams in a complex environment
• Strong background in billing, WIP, collections or broader working capital
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Commercially minded with strong analytical and problem-solving ability
• Experience with in legal or professional services is highly desirable
• Strong systems and data capability
• Resilient, collaborative and solutions-focused leadership style
