A large, internationally operating organisation based in Belfast is expanding its Compliance & Finance function as part of a global "follow the sun" service model.
This is a pivotal role that blends financial analysis with structured compliance oversight, offering exposure to global markets across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.

The RoleThe Compliance & Finance Analyst will be responsible for ensuring strict adherence to financial processes while delivering insightful, data-driven analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse financial data to identify trends, risks, and discrepancies
- Support the development and ongoing maintenance of compliance programmes
- Prepare detailed reports on compliance activities and financial performance
- Compare and verify estimates against as-built drawings, purchase orders, and invoices
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of final accounts
- Liaise directly with vendor contacts to resolve financial queries
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners
This role requires high levels of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret financial documentation confidently.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in financial analysis and/or compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage workload in a structured, deadline-driven setting
- International exposure without leaving Belfast
