• Generate insights with strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities and high attention to detail.
• Communicate technical details effectively to non‑technical audiences.
• Leverage Excel and other MS Office tools; familiarity with automation initiatives is advantageous.
• Demonstrate self‑starter attitude with strong ownership, urgency, and a proactive mindset.

• Several years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or business analysis within a financial services or regulated environment.
• Degree in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems).
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills – able to translate technical detail for non‑technical audiences.
• Experience working with Excel and other MS Office tools; familiarity with automation initiatives is advantageous.
• Self‑starter with strong ownership, urgency, and a proactive mindset.
