Payments Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a Specialist with 5 to 7 years of experience in Payments to manage and optimize payment systems including SWIFT ISO
20022 and various payment types

• Work extensively with payment systems covering SWIFT ISO
  20022 standards and realtime payment infrastructures
• Handle diverse payment types such as Instant Request to Pay, Domestic Cross Border, High Value, Low Value and Mass Payments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of payment platforms
• Analyze and troubleshoot payment processing issues to maintain high availability and reliability
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory requirements related to payments to ensure compliance
• Participate in the design and enhancement of payment workflows to improve efficiency and customer experience

• Lead the implementation and maintenance of payment solutions adhering to SWIFT and ISO
  20022 protocols
• Monitor and optimize real time and instant payment systems to meet business objectives
• Manage end-to-end payment processing for domestic and cross-border transactions
• Coordinate with stakeholders to support high value low value and mass payment operations
• Provide expert guidance on payment system upgrades and new feature deployments
• Conduct root cause analysis and resolve complex payment related issues promptly
• Ensure documentation and knowledge transfer related to payment systems and processes
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Payments skill cluster
