Management Accountant – Exclusive

We’re partnering with a scaling, product-led technology business to appoint a Management Accountant into a newly created role within a growing finance function.

This opportunity is suited to someone looking to step beyond a traditional reporting role. You’ll be embedded in the business, using financial insight to support planning, challenge assumptions, and improve decision‑making across the organisation. The role combines strong management accounting fundamentals with meaningful exposure to commercial and operational activity.

Joining at an early stage of the finance journey, you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to improve financial visibility, strengthen forecasting, and build reporting that supports the next phase of growth.

From day one, you’ll have genuine ownership, with scope for the role to broaden as the business continues to scale.

• £50,000 – £55,000 base salary

• Preparing monthly management accounts, analysis, balance sheet ownership
• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and forward‑looking financial planning activities
• Developing revenue reporting across recurring income and margins
• Partnering stakeholders, providing insight, challenge, and decision support
• Improving finance processes, controls, automation, and cash management
• Building financial models for pricing and growth initiatives

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Comfortable operating in an evolving business where processes are still being developed
• Commercially astute, with experience using financial insight to influence outcomes
• Strong communicator, able to partner effectively with stakeholders across the business
• Confident moving between detailed financial work and higher‑level commercial thinking
