Management Accountant - Ideal first move into industry Artemis is currently working in partnership with a fast-growing and dynamic organisation thats shaping the future of its sector. Known for its strong leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to excellence, the business offers a platform for ambitious professionals to thrive. As a result of internal promotion, they are seeking to appoint a Management Accountant to join a collaborative team.

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the successful candidate will prepare monthly management accounts across multiple group entities, assist with year-end processes and oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities to support strategic decision-making.

The Role:

Reconcile accounts, including Sage, CMS, bank, and creditors Process monthly drawdowns Prepare management accounts, journals, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis Maintain intercompany matrices and submit accounts for review Prepare and submit quarterly VAT returns Assist with year-end accounts and audits Support budgets, forecasts, and ad hoc reporting Improve processes, controls, and accounting systems

The Person :
Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) QBE will also be considered Strong attention to detail Ability to prioritise work to ensure deadlines are met Advanced Excel skills
