VANRATH are delighted to be working in partnership with a successful organisation based in Belfast city centre in their recruitment of a Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a group of businesses who have had continued success across Northern Ireland, for a sustained period.

Reporting to the Finance Director, the Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the finance function of the business, including preparation of quarterly management accounts, cashflow forecasts, and working closely with Finance Director on investment reports. If you are a finance professional with previous experience in a similar role, this could be the ideal role for you.

• Qualified Accountant or Qualified by Experience (must be able to demonstrate relevant experience within the desired areas)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
• Strong management accounting skills
• Ability to work across the breadth of the accounting function
• Ability to work to strict deadlines

• Production of quarterly management accounts
• Preparation and posting of monthly journals
• Reconciliation of bank
• Processing supplier payments
• Cash management
• General accounts administration
• Management of small finance team
