Deliver tailored tax advice across a wide portfolio of clients, with particular focus on M&A and corporate restructuring Prepare detailed Tax Due Diligence reports and provide strategic guidance on M&A and funding Often:
Contribute to business development and help grow the client base Collaborate on complex projects to ensure seamless client experiences Occasionally:
Support the training and development of junior team members Work with leadership to enhance internal processes and best practices Never:
