Monday 16 Feb 2026 17:00 Job summary Management Accountant Industry: Food Manufacturing Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking to take the next step in your career? Do you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy partnering with operational teams to drive performance? We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Management Accountant to join our finance team within a busy food manufacturing site employing around 250 staff.

This is a key position within the Finance Department, making it an excellent development role for someone aiming to progress. What Youll Be Doing Producing accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis and KPI reporting Supporting the annual budgeting process, periodic reforecasts and financial modelling Creating timely, accurate and insightful financial reports to support business decision-making Working closely with senior management across Production, Technical, Supply Chain and HR Analysing cost drivers, product margins, stock variances and operational performance Ensuring financial controls, reconciliations and compliance are maintained to a high standard

What Were Looking For :
Part-qualified or fully qualified (CIMA / ACCA / ACA) OR proven equivalent experience Strong experience producing monthly management accounts in a manufacturing or FMCG environment Confident in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis Excellent communication skills, with an ability to explain financial information to non-finance colleagues Strong time-management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines High level of accuracy and attention to detail Why Join Us?
