Description
We are hiring for our client a leading financial planning firm who are seeking a Financial Adviser to join their expanding Belfast team. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career adviser to provide holistic financial advice to an established client bank with full administrative and compliance support.
As a Financial Adviser you will deliver tailored financial planning solutions across pensions investments and protection while maintaining high compliance and service standards in line with The Openwork Partnership framework.

The Role
- Provide regulated financial advice in line with The Openwork Partnership and company standards
- Manage an existing client portfolio conducting annual reviews and maintaining strong client relationships
- Deliver holistic advice across pensions investments and protection products
- Identify new business opportunities and referral potential within the client base
- Ensure all advice is compliant well-documented and aligned with Consumer Duty principles
- Collaborate with central administration teams to ensure efficient case management
- Maintain accurate client records and contribute to firm-wide goals and objectives
The Person
- Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent) essential
- Minimum 18 months experience delivering regulated financial advice
Strong technical knowledge of pensions investments taxation and protection - Excellent communication presentation and relationship management skills
- Organised proactive and committed to providing outstanding client service
- Experience with in The Openwork Partnership desirable but not essential
