Finance Assistant

Finance Assistant (Cashiering), Belfast, £30k We are working with a respected and successful law firm in Belfast to recruit for their new Finance Assistant (Cashiering) to join them at their Belfast offices. Office based, Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and paying c £30,000 plus benefits. Joining their dedicated finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller you will be focusing primarily on daily banking transactions within the business, this will include;
Maintaining accurate bank accounts records Posting cash to ledgers, debits & supplier payments Bank account reconciliations Posting and authorising of electronic payments Resolving queries with other banks, solicitors firms, clients and government organisations What we are looking for 2  years experience in a similar role Bookkeeping or cashiering experience, ideally with experience in a legal environment Confident IT skills In return you can expect a generous package and progression opportunities.
