This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable professional to take ownership of a key finance function in a growing business. The role involves leading a small team, working closely with the Head of Finance, and playing a central part in improving systems and processes. This role will be suited to candidates with:

• 7+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable roles
• Experience managing or supervising a small finance team
• Strong process improvement and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment

This role reports to the Head of Finance and will lead a team of three in the AP function.

• Leadership – Manage and support a team of 4 Accounts Payable professionals
• Processes – Drive improvements and efficiencies in the AP process
• Reporting – Oversee weekly and monthly reporting of AP performance metrics
• Systems – Work with finance systems to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency
• Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers
• Month-End – Assist with month-end close processes relating to payables
• Compliance – Ensure compliance with internal controls and policies
• Support Projects – Support the Head of Finance in wider finance projects and initiatives
