Accounts Admin

.Hayward Hawk are delighted to recruit for an Accounts Administrator to join their client's busy finance team. This is a great opportunity for an organised, detail-oriented finance professional to take ownership of accounts receivable, credit control, and payroll processes, supporting the smooth operation of the accounts department. This is a f ull time permanent role working on site with the option of flexi-time.

What Youll Do :
Reconcile customer accounts and prepare aged debt reports. Apply cash receipts, maintain records, and support month-end reporting and AR schedules. Assist with payroll processing, bank and credit card reconciliations. Process customer invoices accurately and ensure timely application of payments. Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on overdue payments, resolving discrepancies where necessary. Support purchase ledger activities and collaborate with internal teams to resolve account-related issues.

Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits. Maintain organised, accurate financial records and support continuous improvement initiatives within the finance team. What Youll Need:
Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or equivalent. Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Experience with accounting software such as Sage, Quick Books, or ERP systems. Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups) and attention to detail.
