Financial Reporting Manager

Our client is a leading manufacturer with a strong presence in Northern Ireland. As part of their growth, they are now looking to add a Financial Reporting Manager to play a key role within the finance function and partner closely with multiple key figureheads within their global finance operation. You will lead the delivery of accurate financial reporting while driving performance visibility across production and commercial activities.

The successful candidate will balance strong financial control with hands-on involvement in operations, helping translate factory performance into actionable business insight. Key Responsibilities Lead group consolidation and reporting across multiple entities and currencies, ensuring accuracy, integrity and compliance Work closely with the Group FP&A Director, and the Finance Director Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated results, including Board and Executive reporting Own and enhance the group consolidation system, supporting forecasting and budgeting Manage the group budget, forecast and company-wide financial analytics Support acquisitions and integration into group reporting Provide insightful financial analysis to support strategic decision-making Manage and develop the Group Management Accountant and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes About You Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent).
