• CTA qualified with at least two years post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Ideally from a similar tax advisory background
• Able to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team
• Strong prioritisation and time-management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on managing client expectations
• Technically strong with a commercial mindset

• Deliver tailored tax advice across a wide portfolio of clients, with particular focus on M&A and corporate restructuring
• Prepare detailed Tax Due Diligence reports and provide strategic guidance on M&A and funding

• Contribute to business development and help grow the client base
• Collaborate on complex projects to ensure seamless client experiences

• Support the training and development of junior team members
• Work with leadership to enhance internal processes and best practices

• Work in isolation – you’ll be part of a highly collaborative, client-focused team
