Band: 5 job purpose: the post holder will be responsible for the delivery of a customer focused financial inclusion service which embraces the housing executive's culture, current and future legislation, policy and procedures, and best practice to customers who may have a range of vulnerabilities, to reduce financial exclusion among our customers.

To contribute to the provision of a modern, professional and responsive service to support nihe business delivery and our vision and values. Requirements: 1. I) hold a degree level qualification (level 6*) or equivalent and have a minimum of 1 year's experience of working in an advisory role delivering basic welfare benefit checks and money/debt advice with good knowledge of financial products and services available for customers or ii) hold a btec higher cert/diploma (level 5*) qualification and have a minimum of 2 years' relevant experience in an advisory role delivering basic welfare benefit checks and money/debt advice with good knowledge of financial products and services available for customers or iii) can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning and at least 3 years' experience of working in an advisory role delivering basic welfare benefits and money/debt advice with good knowledge of financial products and services available for customers
