Management Accountant

Hayward Hawk are delighted to be recruiting for a growing client business that are seeking a driven and commercially minded Management Accountant to join their finance team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of month-end, supporting strategic decision-making and working closely with senior leadership.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
• Carry out budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support operational performance
• Produce insightful financial reports for senior management
• Assist with year-end processes, audits, and statutory reporting
• Improve financial controls and streamline internal processes
• Support cash flow management and balance sheet reconciliations
• Partner with non-finance teams to provide commercial insights
• Contribute to ongoing projects as the business continues to scale

• Part-qualified or fully qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or equivalent experience
• Previous experience in a management accounting or similar analytical finance role
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Confident communicator, able to partner with stakeholders across the business
