An exciting opportunity has opened for a Mid Level D365 F&O Finance Systems Analyst to join a rapidly expanding business where you’ll be surrounded by experienced finance and ERP professionals who are passionate about development, collaboration, and helping you grow in your career.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in supporting and enhancing the organisation’s D365 Finance & Operations platform, helping drive system improvements and ensuring finance users get the most out of the system.

What you’ll be involved in

• Supporting finance teams by investigating and resolving D365 F&O issues across core modules such as GL, AP, AR, and Projects
  .
• Getting hands‑on with system upgrades, enhancements, and customisations
  , including configuration, data checks, testing, and contributing to solution design.
• Monitoring and maintaining the overall health of the system — including batch jobs, performance
  , and general environment oversight.
• Work closely with finance teams to map and optimise end‑to‑end financial processes.
• Support reporting needs using tools like Power BI
  , Financial Reporter, or custom queries.
• Validate data integrity and ensure reporting accuracy across financial modules.
• Helping shape improved finance processes by designing and configuring functionality within D365 F&O.
• Building, refining, and managing workflows to support efficient business processes.
• Acting as a bridge between finance teams and technical partners, offering functional insight and helping translate business needs into system solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Solid understanding of finance processes and how they operate end‑to‑end.
• Exposure to ERP or practice management systems, preferably within D365.
• Practical experience working with D365 F&O/AX and knowledge of finance‑related data structures.
• Familiarity with Power BI reporting or dashboarding is beneficial.
