🚀 Tax Manager (Research & Development Tax Relief)
Location: Belfast
Type: Full-time/Hybrid
What You’ll Do:- Manage Client Portfolio – From inception to review
- Streamline Workflows – Ensure timely completion of jobs
- Lead & Mentor – Guide your team through the R&D process
- Client Engagement – Deliver educational seminars (in-person & Teams)
- Improve Processes – Help clients enhance record‑keeping
- Compliance & Quality – Interview clients, meet R&D criteria, review reports
- Handle HMRC Enquiries – Resolve queries with confidence
- Train Junior Staff – Share knowledge and best practices
- Business Development – Drive growth and client success
- Demonstrable experience in R&D tax relief
- Excellent report writing and communication skills
