This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing team that delivers exceptional advisory services across a wide range of sectors. You’ll be working on high-profile transactions, gaining hands-on exposure to M&A, due diligence, valuations, and strategic advisory projects.

The Role…

As Corporate Finance Manager, you will be involved across the following areas:

• Lead & support on a variety of corporate finance projects- including M&A, due diligence, and financial modelling.
• Working with an enviable client portfolio to ensure excellent relationships are continually developed.
• Supporting clients across a variety of sectors with strategic financial advice.
• Mentorship of junior team members.

The Candidate…

To be considered for this role, you will ideally possess the following criteria:

• Essential- ACA or ACCA qualified.
• Essential
  - Post qualified experience within a corporate finance focused role.
• Strong commercial acumen and excellent analytical skills.

• Generous starting salary of £50-60,000 per annum (DOE).
