Finance Manager

We are hiring for our client, a highly regarded and growing organisation based in Belfast City Centre, who wish to appoint a Finance Manager to support their continued expansion. This newly created Finance Manager position offers the opportunity to take ownership of monthly management accounts, provide meaningful insight to senior leadership, and play a key part in shaping future financial processes as the business evolves.

• Prepare monthly management accounts including variance analysis and commentary
• Support the budgeting and forecasting cycles, working closely with senior management
• Develop and refine financial processes and controls across the department
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and liaise with external auditors
• Produce cashflow reports and support strategic decision-making with clear financial insight
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects across finance and wider operations

• Proven experience preparing full monthly management accounts is essential
• Professionally qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) desirable
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data for non-finance stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Ability to thrive in a role where you will help shape processes in a growing organisation

• Salary £45,000 – £55,000 depending on experience
• Belfast City Centre base
