• Lead process optimisation, troubleshooting, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
• Support scale-up, technology transfer, validation, and commissioning activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant processes.
• Prepare and maintain essential technical documentation and risk assessments.
• Provide technical guidance to engineers and operations teams.

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or related discipline.
• Strong experience in pharmaceutical, chemical, or regulated manufacturing.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, validation, and regulatory standards.
