As Software Engineering Manager
, you'll play a key leadership role within the Engineering function, reporting directly to the Director of Engineering.

You'll be responsible for:

• Leading multiple agile engineering teams
• Driving high-quality software delivery aligned to the product roadmap
• Developing engineers through coaching, mentorship, and clear technical direction
• Owning capacity planning, resourcing, and delivery forecasting
• Partnering closely with Product Management, Architects, and senior stakeholders

You'll also be a core member of the leadership team within the Belfast Centre of Excellence
, helping to build a high-performance culture and supporting the organisation's continued growth.

You'll be a strong fit if you:

• Have 10+ years' industry experience
  , with at least 5 years leading agile engineering teams
• Have experience managing multiple teams and maintaining delivery capacity planning
• Are comfortable building and supporting highly scalable production systems
• Have strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Bring experience across mobile and web technologies
• Are a natural problem solver who enjoys guiding teams through complex challenges
• Care deeply about people development, quality, and continuous improvement
