- Gain exposure to a diverse range of Public and Private sector contracts across the UK & Ireland.
- Visit sites to carry out building services surveys and assess tender requirements.
- Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to understand service needs.
- Analyse contract documents - including specifications and asset information - to quantify and evaluate tendered services.
- Compile accurate cost estimates by inputting labour, materials, and specialist contractor prices into the Estimating Programme.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Team in finalisation meetings to refine and submit tenders.
- Support procurement and operations teams during contract mobilisation.
- Develop market insight, competitor awareness, and delivery strategy options.
- Build knowledge across a wide range of maintenance activities and services, both self delivered and subcontracted.
- Master supply chain management, including specialist supplier negotiations and appointments.
- Mechanical, Electrical or HVAC Trade experience (NVQ Level
3) or comparable Building Services Qualification. - Valid driver’s licence.
- Demonstrate strong communication and technical understanding.
- The ability to positively engage with Client and to gain an understanding of their current delivery method with a view to tailoring our pricing / bid to ensure the correct solution is delivered.
- Wide experience in the hard services industry, including mechanical, electrical, building fabric and specialist maintenance.
- Strong IT skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Work, Outlook etc.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience in new energy technologies.
- Specialist services experience such as Fire & Security, BMS, HVAC etc.
