- Responsible for the management, monitoring and control of the Subcontracts Schedule
- Coordinate the Subcontract Schedules with Customer.
- Integrate the Subcontract Schedules in the Contract Master Schedules
- Coordinate with the Subcontractors the updates on the schedules
- Generate the Subcontract Schedule Reports for the Project Reviews
- Manage the Subcontracts risk register in Predict software
- Organise and coordinate the Subcontract risks panels
- Generate the risks reports for the Project Reviews
- Support the Schedule Risk analyses
- Proven work experience as a Project Scheduler on complex projects
- Effective at planning, monitoring and reviewing
- Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering environment would be highly beneficial
- Proficiency in project scheduling software, Safran, Primavera, MS Project, and Predict
- Ideally knowledge of SAP PS
- Experience in Shipbuilding (or Defence)
- Bachelor's/master’s degree or equivalent business management or related field.
- Certification as a scheduling professional would be advantageous (PMI-SP for example)
- Excellent communication skills: confident interacting with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills: multi-tasking, time management, planning.
- Relationship building capable of forming and maintaining effective relationships, throughout the business and stakeholder community.
- Good analytical skills and able to draw sound conclusions
- Able to adjust thought process and plan when the information or situation changes
- Computer literate with use of Microsoft Office.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
