Job Overview

Our Risk Management team supports complex projects and programmes by identifying and managing risks that keep projects on track and successful. We are currently looking for Programme and Project Risk Managers to join us in any of our UK or Ireland offices.

Responsibilities
  • Support risk workshops and help capture and analyse project risks
  • Assist in developing risk registers and reporting for projects and programmes
  • Learn advanced techniques such as Quantitative Cost and Schedule Risk Analysis (QCRA/QSRA)
  • Collaborate with experienced risk managers and project controls teams
  • Contribute to delivering tailored risk solutions for major UK infrastructure projects
  • Work alongside programme management and project controls experts to provide expert risk‑management advice
  • Provide risk‑management services to one or more programmes/projects and work with clients across various sectors
  • Advise on different risk‑management frameworks and the interaction between project and programme level risk management
  • Undertake risk techniques such as QCRA and QCSR modelling where required
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and become a trusted risk advisor
Qualifications
  • Degree level qualification or equivalent experience (IRM diploma acceptable)
  • Some exposure to risk management or project controls
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
  • Sound knowledge of risk‑management frameworks and programme lifecycle
  • Experience running QCRA and QCSA modelling and facilitating risk workshops
