? About Us Chobham Academy is always on the lookout for inspirational and influential staff. We place high emphasis on staff wellbeing s helps colleagues to be happier and more effective in their work. Staff are regularly consulted about their wellbeing and the outcomes of these consultations have a direct and rapid impact upon the Academy’s approach to supporting staff wellbeing. We understand that while it is incredibly rewarding, teaching is also a physically and emotionally wearing job.

We want Chobham teachers to be as fit and fresh as possible and to know that the school as a community really cares about how they are. We have tried to put these principles into practice with a number of initiatives which we think give Chobham teachers one of the best wellbeing packages to be found anywhere. We are currently looking to appoint an experienced Lettings Facilitator. ? Main Areas of Responsibility Your responsibilities will include:
To manage the day-to-day activities of the team on-site and ensure high standards of customer care are maintained for all To support the Business Manager in the training, induction and continuous professional development of the team To be on-call and the first point of contact to manage any issues raised by the team on duty and actively seek solutions To be available to work on rotating shifts during weekends at least three weekends monthly, in accordance with a monthly rota To be available to work at least four evening shifts monthly from Monday to Friday and regularly during half-term breaks and school holidays in accordance with a monthly rota To be available to organise cover and/or cover staff absence as required To communicate regularly with Business Manager about issues arising amongst the team and seeking solutions in accordance with Academy policies and expectations To carry out administrative tasks related to Lettings as required and agreed by the Business Manager To develop professional relationships with external clients, both existing and new to maximise customer satisfaction Qualifications & Experience We would like to hear from you if you have:
Qualifications to Level 1 or equivalent Knowledge of securing premises Knowledge of basic alarm system maintenance Experience in diffusing difficult situations Experience in the customer service…
