Architectural Technologist, Co Tyrone Up to £55,000  benefits We are working with a long-standing local Architectural Practice who work across Commercial, Residential & Industrial works to recruit for their new Architectural Technologist to join the team! Joining and committed team you will be;
Producing technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings / specifications / detailing / schedules) using Revit / AutoCAD Ensuring accordance with building standards and regulations Involved with site visits, surveys and interfacing with wider design teams (3rd parties / sub-contractors / suppliers etc) What we are looking for You'll have a relevant Architectural Technology degree with at least 4 years experience working across Residential / Industrial / Commercial / Community or Heritage / Education projects Experienced planning & building control procedures Confident user or CAD & Revit
