Architectural Technologist, Belfast Up to £55,000  benefits Exciting opportunity to join a leasing NI architectural practice as their new Architectural Technologist, offering and excellent package and opportunity to work on a broad array of projects. Joining their considerable team you will;
Produce detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols Manage multiple projects at various stages of development Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices What we are looking for 3rd level qualified in a related discipline with at least 5 years experience within a practice environment Working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations Experience in delivering BIMbased projects using Revit Healthcare or education experience is desirable In return you can expect an excellent package, hybrid working, ongoing professional development plus much more!
