High End Bathroom Showroom Design Consultant

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Bathroom Showroom Designer to join our team at Soaks Bathrooms. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a design-led, appointment-based award winning showroom where quality, service and attention to detail are at the heart of everything we do.

At Soaks Bathrooms, every role plays a key part in delivering exceptional spaces for our clients. You’ll be working in a supportive, friendly environment alongside a talented team who are passionate about design and customer experience.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Creating thoughtful, well-considered bathroom designs for residential clients
• Managing appointments and guiding clients through the design and specification process
• Driving the sale of high-quality designer bathrooms and tiles
• Preparing quotations and following up on enquiries
• Building strong relationships with clients, installers and trade partners
• We have a back office purchasing and delivery team so most of your time will be concentrating in Design/Sales

• A genuine passion for interiors and bathroom design
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident, well-presented and professional
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach
• Comfortable working in a design-led, appointment-based environment
• We also welcome applications from graduates or trainees looking to start their career in the interiors industry. No previous showroom experience is required — full training will be provided for candidates with the right attitude and drive to succeed.
