The RoleAs a Project Architect, you will play a key leadership role in shaping the built environment across Northern Ireland and beyond. You will lead exciting, technically complex projects, from concept through to completion, and have the opportunity to influence design outcomes across the UK and Ireland.
- Lead project delivery and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Host client and design team meetings
- Regularly attend site visits to review progress and coordinate technical information
- Champion design excellence and technical rigor across all project stages
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:
- Registered Architect with the ability to carry out the full range of professional services
- Minimum of 7 years’ post‑registration experience within an architectural practice
- Healthcare and/or Education experience (desirable)
- At least 2 years’ experience leading major capital projects as a Design Team Leader
- Strong design sensibility combined with robust technical skills
- Proficiency in Revit (essential)
- Solid working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to mentor junior team members
