Architectural Technologist; BIM

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the delivery of technically complex and meaningful projects using industry‑leading software and workflows. As an Architectural Technologist, you will:

• Take responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols
• Manage multiple projects at various stages of development
• Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs
• Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors
• Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office
• Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices

To be considered for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• A third‑level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction‑related discipline
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience within an architectural practice
• Healthcare and/or Education experience (desirable)
• Strong technical design skills and a proven track record delivering BIM‑based projects using Revit
• A working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to design and documentation quality
• Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple schemes
