Role

Business Cluster Manager/Practice Manager role based in Belfast (BT14). This is a full-time, permanent position offering a salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a dedicated team of Dental Care Professionals.
  • Oversee key operational areas including HR, accounts, RQIA compliance, and NHS reporting.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of the practice while maintaining high professional standards and driving growth.
  • Support clinician productivity and increase overall practice performance through commercial awareness.
  • Develop and implement marketing and patient growth initiatives.
  • Support training and development across the team to maximise service delivery.
  • Enhance the practice's presence within the local community and manage online reputation (Google Reviews and social media).
  • Continuously improve the patient journey and practice environment to ensure a professional, welcoming, and efficient visit.
