Mixed & Private Practice Size: 3-surgery dental practice About the Practice Bradbury Dental Studio is a modern, patient-focused 3-surgery dental practice in Belfast providing high-quality mixed and private dental care within a friendly and professional environment. We are looking for an experienced and motivated Dental Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of the practice, support the team, and help drive continued growth while maintaining excellent patient care and compliance standards.
The Role Working closely with the Principal Dentist , you will be responsible for the overall management and performance of the practice , ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient experience. This role would suit a strong leader with commercial awareness and dental management experience , who enjoys developing teams and supporting practice growth.
Key Responsibilities Practice Leadership & Operations Oversee the day-to-day running of the practice Manage staff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance Foster a positive and supportive team culture Ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient service Compliance & Governance Ensure compliance with CQC, GDPR, infection control, safeguarding, COSHH, RIDDOR and Health & Safety requirements Maintain policies, audits, and governance frameworks Manage patient feedback, complaints and service improvements Business Performance Monitor KPIs, chair utilisation and diary optimisation Support budgeting, cost control and supplier management Help develop strategies to increase treatment uptake and patient retention Marketing & Patient Growth Support local marketing and social media presence Encourage positive patient reviews and community engagement Promote private treatments and services within the practice About You Essential Minimum 3 years experience working within a dental practice environment Previous dental practice management or senior supervisory experience Strong knowledge of compliance, governance and dental regulations Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills Desirable GDC-registered clinical background (Dental Nurse or similar) Experience in treatment coordination or private case conversion Familiarity with dental practice software and digital workflows
