Associate Dentist/Part-Time (1-2+ Days)

Ideal for dentists looking to top up their week in and around the Belfast area. Availability: 1-2+ days per week; we will work around your free days. If you’re a dentist based in or around Belfast with availability to add one or two additional days to your working week, this opportunity may suit you.

We have modern surgery spaces and consistent patient demand. You will work in a calm, organised environment with a fully trained clinical and administrative team
, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality dentistry. Our Dental Clinics are well-established mixed NHS and private practices located approximately 15 minutes by car or 30 minutes by public transport from Belfast city centre
, close to Belfast Castle and the Crumlin Road area. We are part of a wider dental group with over 100 surgeries across Northern Ireland and North West England, offering stability, infrastructure, and strong operational support while retaining the feel of a local practice.

• Modern Sirona dental chairs
• Digital radiography and rotary endodontics

• Fully computerised SOE software

Your role:

• Deliver high-quality care to NHS and private patients
• Provide general, restorative, and preventative dentistry
• Communicate clearly and build trust with patients
• Work collaboratively with a consistent, experienced team

• Fully trained, experienced dental nurses
• Hygienists and therapists
• On-site TCO support
• An organised and approachable practice manager
• Centralised marketing and patient acquisition

• Designed to fit around your existing commitments
• 1-2+ days available with flexibility
• Strong NHS base with good private uptake
• Reliable patient flow and efficient diaries
• No pressure, realistic workloads
• Easy access from Belfast with free on-site parking

• GDC-registered dentist (or in the final stages of registration)
• Experience in general dental practice
• Comfortable working independently with full team support
• Patient-focused with strong communication skills
• Additional skills welcomed but not essential
