Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
We’re looking for a Client Onboarding Analyst to support client onboarding and account maintenance activities in a fast-paced financial services environment.
What you’ll be doing :- Managing client onboarding and system setup requests
- Updating signatories and ensuring all documentation is complete
- Working closely with internal teams to support account opening and maintenance
- Handling queries efficiently and meeting tight deadlines
- Processing client instructions accurately and escalating risks where needed
- Following internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Delivering a high level of client service
- Experience in client onboarding, operations, or financial services
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a regulated environment
