You will be handling inbound calls from customers. These calls will mostly involve placing bets for customers on their accounts or answering questions they may have.
Responsibilities- Answering inbound calls and placing bets.
- Answering questions customers may have.
- Resolve complaints or escalate if appropriate.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to input data quickly and accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a customer service role.
Annual bonus paid in December.
Work time - We are open 7 days a week. 10am-9:30pm Monday-Friday, 9am-9:30pm Saturday and 10am-6pm, Sunday Morning
