THE EMPLOYER IS: CONEXIA LIMITEDWe’re looking for HR Digital Chat Support Agents to join our team and provide exceptional support to clients and their employees through real-time chat, email, and phone. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, has great communication skills, and is comfortable using digital tools to deliver a smooth and professional service experience.
All appointments are subject to successful completion of BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard) and any additional vetting required.
- Help manage live chat conversations by giving advice and answering HR, payroll, and recruitment questions.
- Pass chats to the right team when something needs to be escalated.
- Use chat templates and available resources to keep responses clear and consistent.
- Suggest ways to make the customer experience better.
- Keep knowledge base articles and workflows up to date.
- Make sure GDPR rules are followed.
- Support clients by phone and email, handling questions from them, their employees, and colleagues.
- Provide full admin support, including accurate and timely data entry across internal systems.
- Make sure work meets agreed service levels, KPIs, and quality standards.
- Look for opportunities to improve processes and make service delivery smoother.
- Take part in personal development and contribute to performance reviews and growth initiatives.
- Comfortable using computers, with skills in Word and Outlook.
- Able to communicate clearly both in person and in writing.
- Experience handling admin tasks, such as updating electronic records and supporting day-to-day work processes.
- Good at figuring out what customers need and turning their requests into the right actions.
