A leading automotive retailer in Belfast is seeking a commercially driven Retention Advisor to enhance customer retention and service plan penetration. In this role, you will proactively contact existing customers, explain the benefits of service plans, and achieve monthly targets. The ideal candidate will have strong customer engagement skills, knowledge of aftersales profitability, and familiarity with CRM tools. This is a permanent full-time position with flexible working hours and a competitive salary of £12.50 per hour.
