£28,000 - £33,000 + Development + Hybrid + Benefits

As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, providing proactive service and handling any issues that arise with professionalism and efficiency. You'll also work closely with sales and operations teams, ensuring they have the information they need to execute services seamlessly.

In this role, you'll be responsible for documenting and investigating any deviations from expected service levels, ensuring swift resolution, and communicating back to the customer. You'll use the company's CRM to manage all activities, ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.

The Role:
  • Provide direct, responsive, and proactive customer service.
  • Collaborate with sales & operations teams to ensure smooth information flow and service execution.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and satisfaction.
  • Document and investigate service deviations, taking steps to resolve issues and maintain service standards.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality customer care, contributing to a positive customer experience.
The Person :
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Previous logistics and/or freight experience.
  • Strong ability to organise tasks, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach.
  • A proactive problem solver who can think on their feet and find effective solutions.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
