Visitor Crew Guiding

We want every one of our visitors to enjoy an unforgettable experience when they walk through the doors of Titanic Belfast. As a member of our Visitor Experience Crew, you will have responsibility for interacting with visitors throughout the Titanic Belfast and SS Nomadic Visitor Experience, including implementing policies and procedures relating to all aspects of the experience, and always providing an excellent service to guests.

This role of Visitor Experience Crew with Guiding will welcome our quests and support their journey through the Titanic Experience as well as providing guided tours to visitors, delivering first‑person narratives, and facilitating workshops and tours for education groups.
