For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative (French & English Bilingual) for a long contract based in Belfast, UK

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English
  , ensuring prompt and accurate first-contact resolution.
• Deliver excellent customer service through phone, email, and chat
  .
• Process customer requests, orders, complaints
  , and follow internal quality guidelines with professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in company systems.
• Adhere to compliance standards
  , quality metrics, and operational procedures.
• Provide insights and feedback to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency.
• Work closely with team leads and peers to achieve service goals.

• Fluent French and English
  , both written and spoken (mandatory).
• Excellent communication, active listening, and customer-friendly tone.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for solving customer problems and delivering a positive experience.
• Readiness to work on-site in Belfast with a reliable internet connection.
• EU citizenship or valid UK work permit required.
• Willingness to relocate to Belfast if not local.
• Must pass Access NI and credit checks

• Monday to Friday.
• Rotational shifts between 07:00 – 19:00
