Offer relocation support to help you settle in smoothly.

• Provide exceptional support in Danish and English through chats, emails, and calls.
• Advises clients and partners on flights, products, prices, fares, and services, playing a key role in our client’s success.
• Identify client needs and proactively suggest solutions.
• Assist customers with travel‑related issues.

• Proficiency in Danish and English, both written and spoken (C1 level preferred).
• Positive attitude and love for communicating with customers and colleagues.
• Experience in customer service and CRM tools is a plus but not required.
