* ** Full time permanent position** – Contracted to 40 hours paid production scheduled 8am-5pm Monday to Friday.
* May-Jun months your schedule will be between 8am-8pm, Monday to Sunday to accommodate peak times.*

** In this role you will manage a mix of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails and live chats, supporting schools, exam markers & families of students. You will respond to a variety of customer service enquires – offering clear information, guidance, and reassurance across multiple channels. Using available resources and professional approach, you will aim to resolve queries effectively, escalating issues when needed.

** What we are looking for:
*** Proficient in English (minimum B2 level), both written and verbal.
* Minimum of 6 months in a BPO or contact centre environment, or recent college graduate.
* Ability to follow structured processes and use multiple systems confidently.
* Strong problem solving and multitasking skills.
* Patience, empathy, and a professional approach.
