Your illustrations will ensure youth voice, cultural responsiveness and safeguarding principles are consistently reflected in every campaign, toolkit and communication asset.
You will help maintain a strong, professional and recognisable brand identity, increasing trust with schools, partners and communities. By translating complex wellbeing and leadership themes into accessible visuals, you will improve engagement and clarity across digital and print platforms.
Your creative input will elevate the quality, consistency and impact of our communications, supporting partnership development, programme visibility and long‑term sustainability while protecting the integrity of the movement.
What are we looking for?We are looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, international social enterprise environment. The volunteer should have strong illustration or graphic design experience, with the ability to create clear, engaging visuals that communicate complex youth leadership and wellbeing themes. They should understand how to follow and apply brand guidelines to maintain visual consistency across campaigns and toolkits. Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design platforms would be beneficial.
We are looking for someone creative and thoughtful, with strong visual storytelling skills and attention to detail. Experience working in education, youth‑focused settings or social impact organisations is desirable but not essential.
