Managing Quantity Surveyor This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved and influence commercial strategy while overseeing multiple construction projects.

Key Responsibilities Lead commercial management across a portfolio of construction projects Oversee budgets, forecasts, valuations, CVRs, and cost control Manage subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and accounts Provide contractual and commercial guidance to operational teams Monitor project performance to ensure delivery on time and within budget Manage commercial risk and resolve contractual issues Build strong relationships with clients, supply chain partners, and internal teams Mentor and develop junior commercial staff
