Construction Project Manager

Overview

The CSR Group are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a long established construction company working on a wide range of public and commercial projects generally ranging from £8‑25m. This particular project is a £15m Steel Frame job in South Belfast.

• Ensuring that project design solutions are delivered to the highest standards and meet programme and budgetary constraints
• Day to day running of the Project
• Site compliance with Quality, Environmental & Health & Safety statutory and management system requirements
• Planning resourcing of projects and monitoring against budgets
• Preparing and monitoring work programmes to deliver projects to deadlines
• Delegating supervision tasks to
• Responsibility for maintaining excellent client relationships
• Providing specialist technical leadership

• Demonstrable record of successfully delivering Commercial Projects valued £10M+
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
• Experience of leading a site team in planning and monitoring project programmes to budgets and resources ensuring delivery to time and cost constraints
• Site Managers CSR card or equivalent
• 3rd level training/degree in a construction related course or a qualified trade background with relevant experience.
• IT and standard industry software skills
• Full driving licence
• Ambitious and self‑motivated
• Ability to communicate confidently and professionally with all levels of staff and clients
• Experience of managing and developing a site team and maintaining strong working relationships with everyone on site
• Experience of working in a fast paced and busy environment
