Deliver projects on time, to budget, and to the highest quality standards. Lead, manage, and motivate site teams while coordinating labour and resources. Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation for senior management. Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and ensure construction drawings are followed precisely. Liaise with engineers and subcontractors, and support contract negotiations.
