Belfast ?? £50,000 £ 60,000 + Package A well-established Belfast-based joinery and interior fit-out contractor is currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the delivery of multiple commercial fit-out and bespoke joinery projects across Northern Ireland and the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional with strong project oversight experience to join a growing contractor delivering high-quality interior and joinery packages for commercial clients.

The Role As Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for managing several projects simultaneously from pre-construction through to completion. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. You will work closely with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to maintain smooth project delivery and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities Oversee multiple joinery and interior fit-out projects Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources Coordinate with site managers, design teams, and subcontractors Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Monitor quality control and health & safety compliance Attend site meetings and liaise directly with clients Support commercial teams with project cost management and variations Provide leadership and direction to site teams

What We Are Looking For Previous experience as a Contracts Manager / Senior Project Manager within fit-out, interiors, or joinery Strong understanding of commercial construction project delivery Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent organisational and communication skills Strong client-facing ability Full UK driving licence The Package £50,000 £ 60,000 salary Company vehicle / allowance Pension Opportunity to work with a growing contractor delivering high-quality projects
